Roberto has extensive experience in real estate development, construction, marketing and business planning.   He is a member of the U.S. Green Builders Counsel and holds a general contractors license in New Mexico and California.  Roberto is currently responsible for all construction operations in NM and provides project management and construction management services on commercial projects. He also performs feasibility analysis, market research, entitlement verification, and due diligence and obtains master plan approvals for major residential and commercial projects.  

      Roberto built high end custom homes in Las Campanas, La Tierra, El Canon, El Dorado, Vista Primera and other prime locations in the Santa Fe New Mexico area.  
                                                              

                           Roberto was the Area Director for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance, San Jose Area Office.  He managed a staff responsible for insuring compliance with federal contract regulations in Silicon Valley, Central California, Hawaii and Guam.

    Wayne has been involved in environmentally sound building since 1977. The use of native materials in the construction of homes has been his focus. This first involved cutting and using standing dead cedar for the logs, timbers and shakes to build a home in the Northwest. After moving to the Southwest mountains adobe, logs and stone were used in the construction of Santa Fe style homes. In Baja locally gathered materials were once again used and solar panels were incorporated for a totally off the grid home.

Now living in Southern California, green building is his passion. He is excited about the new products that we have available for solidly constructed, energy efficient, environmentally sustainable, conventional housing. Wayne believes in using materials that won’t break your back or your bank.
